Michael Agaba

Finance Partner

Michael specialises in commercial, employment, corporate governance and banking and finance law. His experience includes advising on new businesses and regulations, labour relations, employment and contracts as well as joint venture agreements, licence agreements and providing legal services and expertise on all aspects of immigration and nationality law.
He prides himself on his ability to develop strategic solutions to difficult immigration problems and develop long-range strategic immigration plans.

Paula Musiitwa

Managing Partner

An Intellectual Property, Technology, and Business Development Specialist, known for her practical, time saving approaches and passion about leveraging IP and development. She holds a masters degree in IP from Africa University, Zimbabwe and a PGDip in Tax and Revenue.

Paula also serves as Chairperson, ICT Commission, Buganda Kingdom. She is a seasoned presenter who communicates complex IP concepts in a clear, succinct manner across a variety of multi-cultural and multi-industry audiences.

Rama Omonya

With over 15 years’ experience in multilateral Investment dispute resolution, Rama boasts of a good understanding of the Multilateral Redress mechanisms where large scale investments are involved. His experience in Development agency work with OXFAM spanning across continents gives him unique expertise in analysis and predicting behaviors of governments, communities, development agencies and corporations. He brings a good experience and grasp about international tax systems and trade negotiations.

John heads the Litigation Group. With over 10 years of experience, John brings a wealth of knowledge in Civil and Criminal litigation, Investment, Trade, and Transactional law ensuring our clients receive informed and strategic advice.
